I got moños de faena. I bought them for my daughter's quinceañera, the chambelanes looked so handsome and manly with them. Everyone had something nice to say about it. Their customer service deserves 10 stars, Mark Castillo answered all of my questions and helped me with my order. I got them on time and overall I'm really happy with my purchase

Five dollars for bow tie is fine but they sent me the wrong color, I tried to communicate by phone and email but I have don’t have any answer.

So happy about the service with El Charro. We placed an order on a sat paid express shipping and come Tues nothing was in the system so I called mark and he looked on his side and he saw nothing so he mailed me another shipment ups to ensure we had what we needed. On Friday both packages were delivered so we mailed one back.
